Privacy Policy

Who we are

DetSol is a software company based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at admin@detsol.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you submit it:

• Your name and email address, so we can reply.
• Your company name, if you choose to give one — this field is optional.
• The topic you selected and the message you wrote.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not use this website to collect anything about you in the background. If you never submit the form, we never receive your personal data.

Why we can use it

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business, and — where you are asking about becoming a customer — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You are never required to use the form: emailing us directly is always an option, and it gives us exactly the same information.

Who else sees it

Two processors handle your message on its way to us, and nobody else:

• Resend delivers the contact form as an email. Your name, email address, company and message pass through their systems. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider serves this site and keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses. We use those logs to keep the site up and to rate-limit the contact form against abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages live in our email inbox. We keep them while a conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to our processing of it, or to complain to a data protection authority. Email admin@detsol.com and we'll action it — there's no form to fill in, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Our products

Stockroot and Expenddy are separate services with their own privacy policies, because they process different data for different reasons. If your question is about data held inside one of those products, that's the policy you want:

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal data, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
